To assist the Mexican State to achieve its main task of promoting the implementation of agricultural, livestock, forestry, fishery and other rural economic related activities to increase the productivity and profitability of this sector and to rise the standards of living of its population. All of this reached through the assignment of credits and an efficient, cautious and transparent management of their resources (self-sustainable financial model).

To consolidate an effective financing system and financial allocation; technical assistance, training and consultancy to the rural area.
To favor the conditions to promote the recovery of the living standards within the rural sector through the supply of various financing programs, consultancy and training, to benefit all the rural producers, mainly through intermediary entities that assure a real impact on them.
